OPEN WATER DIVER

You will discover the underwater world using mask and snorkel (without tank). You will learn tecnics and some security rules that will help you to enjoy safely this new milieu. Lessons will be given in the diving school and you will practice in the "Risco Verde" beach, close to the accommodation in Arinaga.

This is a short introduction to the scuba diving. You will learn some basics security rules of diving with tanks and then will go to the water for the first time. The certificate "Discover Scuba Diver" is a proof you have done your first diving excursion. You will not have the needed knowledge to go on diving without being supervised by a diving instructor. Your first dive should be in the Taurito beach, south Gran Canaria.

You will learn some tecnics and security rules for diving with compressed air tanks. The diploma "PADI Scuba Diver" is a proof you have done a basic course of diving. You will not have the necesary knowledge for practicing diving without being supervised by a diving instructor. Theoretical Lessons will be given in the diving school, and practice will be done in the Taurito beach, south Gran Canaria.

You will learn tecnics and security rules of scuba diving with tanks. The "Open Water Diver" diploma allow you to dive in most of countries in the world. Obviously you will have to be accompanied with your diving partner who have to be a certified diver also (at least Open Water Diver). The Padi certifications are the most accepted in the world. Lessons will be given in the diving school (south Gran Canaria) and in Arinaga or El Cabrón, following the planning available in this web.
